Turbine Technical Support
The Gas Turbine Application technical support team works alongside
the product support engineers to ensure the customer achieves maximum
value from their gas turbine package.
The Technical Support Department provides support to our field service
representatives or to customers who do not currently have on-site field
service representation. We provide:
- Assistance with technical issues
- Follow up of gas turbine package and component queries
- Trouble shooting assistance
- Reporting of failures and occurrences
- Issuing periodical reports
The field service representatives also offer a variety of additional
services to the customer:
- On-the-job training on gas turbine packages and systems
- Hands-on assistance
- Technical issues
Our mission is to provide the finest technical support to our customers.
This support translates into decreased operating costs, increased operational
readiness rates, and enhanced safety.
GTA has and in-house training center located in Calera, Oklahoma, USA.
The center is equipped with the latest technology training equipment
and learning systems and offer a wide range of courses. Devices used
include test equipment, computer-based training, real turbine components.
As well as training at the GTA Training center, the company conducts
on site maintenance and operation training on customer specific equipment.
