Effective January 1st, 2007, the following rates will apply for field service, maintenance,  and/or trouble call assistance. Reduced rates are available for Full Service and/or Maintenance contracts.

All service rates per hour (portal to portal), for the first 8 hours listed below with a minimum of four (4) hours on any call.

For one (1) service technician On shore ... $90.00 per hour
For one (1) service technician Off shore ... $120.00 per hour

Where G.T.A. determines that working conditions are not safe or it is impractical for a single service technician to work alone G.T.A. will request specific assistance to be provided by the customer. If assistance is not available, G.T.A. will provide a second technician with the additional charges. From time to time G.T.A. may utilize a second technician as a training aid, at no additional charge to the customer.

Daily Service hours exceeding 8 hours a day, and all hours on Saturday will be charged at 1.5 times standard rate.

Any service time on Sunday and Holidays will be charged at 2.0 time’s standard rate. Any time spent on standby away from the job site will be charged at 50% of the applicable rate.

All airfare, auto rental, meals and accommodations and other expenses related to the service work will be invoiced at cost plus 10%.

All charges above are based on Portal to Portal.

Company holidays: New Years Day – Good Friday – Memorial Day – Independence Day – Labor Day – Veteran’s Day – Thanksgiving Day – Day after Thanksgiving – Christmas Eve – Christmas Day
